2007 Volvo S60

Gerry Keaney wasn’t joking when he said that the Volvo was being made “sportier” – and the 2007 Volvo S60 testifies to that. Volvo’s midsize sedan has been revamped in the year 2007 for added vivacity in the driving experience, better stability and improved levels of comfort.

The '07 Volvo S60 introduces the Bi-Fuel engine into the range, alongside its petrol and diesel counterparts. The S60 R is still the top performer with its 2.5-liter I-5 generating 300 horsepower with an all-wheel drive and both manual and automatic modes of transmission.

The 2007 Volvo S60 incorporates the new chassis called the Dynamic chassis. Improved shock absorbers and roll reduction are also included. The cumulative result of these innovations is a better ride not just in terms of speed and acceleration, but also stability.

The external features have been modified with a larger grille, and integrated indicator lights in the side-mirrors. Steering-linked swiveling headlights ensure that drivers can turn the corners more safely.
